From national leaders to hometown heroes, join the Lafayette Storytellers Project for an evening of storytelling about powerful women.  Part of a sweeping year-long look at the anniversary of women’s right to vote by the USA TODAY Network.

The Lafayette Storytellers Project started with the idea that oral storytelling and journalism are dedicated to the same goals: Serving and reflecting our community and helping each other feel more connected. The more people feel connected to each other – through meaningful and entertaining personal stories – the more they will feel connected to their city and inspired to contribute to making it a better place.
