Dear Storytelling fan,

The Nashville Storytellers Project event "The Flood" scheduled for April 27 at the Fat Bottom Brewing Co. has been postponed.

As a precaution, The Tennessean has made this decision to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus in our community. We are taking these steps out of an abundance of caution.

Our newsroom is thankful so many people have chosen to share their evenings with us. Public health officials have not yet made this a requirement for events like this one. Nevertheless, based on information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we think this is right for you, and for the journalists and community members who bring you these stories.

We are working rapidly to reschedule the event for a later date, and will honor original tickets. But, we are happy to offer you a full refund, if you cannot attend the rescheduled show for any reason.

Contact us HERE with any questions or concerns.

The Nashville Storytellers Project offers a local platform for authentic, first-person storytelling that connects us as a community, helps us relate to one another and fosters empathy. It's personal. It's live. It's journalism told by the people who lived the stories.
